DaVincii, Rottweiler and Model!

This is my quick 35 minute acrylic painting of DaVinci that I created recently while filming production of the DVD "Painting the Family Dog in Acrylics for Fun and Profit" . Burning Oak Studios out of Raleigh NC does all the production work. I brought DaVinci and Louie (Cockapoo) into the studio to demonstrate how to also photograph a dog to get the best light. I had not painted in acrylics for a long time but loved the effect...even better, I loved the rough draft enough to call it completed :-)
Working under filming and lights and needing to keep talking the whole time adds a new dimension to painting! I can't seem to get a second image up of the actual studio setup..oh well!
