Memories of summer drawn out and remembered.

Here is the final version of "what's on the Table?" This is a drawing I have done for the Canine Art Guild where you can view it as a work in progress.
On hindsight, I had a really great time with this drawing.
Two things I learned for sure are  the intricacies and subtleties of wood as well as the number of varieties of blacks that are to be found in a black dogs' coat...
Now, what is on that table?

Enjoy

Art Show at the Dog Show

This year's Art Show at the Dog Show is now open to the public and I am very happy to announce that I am one of the participating artists.

"My Eyes Adore You" (5.5"x8"), colored pencil on watercolor board, and "Day's End", a small piece (4"x6"), colored pencil on pastelbord, were both accepted.

This show is on display from Mar.3rd thru Apr. 2nd, 2008 in the The Foyer Gallery, Century II Convention Center and the CityArts Building (show is split between the 2 venues) in Wichita, Kansas.
Afterwards the entire show is moved to the Kansas Coliseum where it is displayed at the Sunflower Cluster Dog Shows (April 4th, 5th and 6th)

If you happen to be in the area, take a look. There are some wonderful pieces and all the work is for sale.
Interested in purchasing one of my paintings? Show representatives will be happy to help you on site, or drop me an email, for further info.
